Saw somebody post a clip of Rodgers moving to his left and uncorking a 71yard pass right on the money, receiver was interfered, but yeah. Rodgers still has the best arm talent in the NFL.

But Wentz doesn't have a noodle arm, people looking stupid now.

Would've helped me sleep better for the decade+ that we were losing by 10+ points every game.

That's why he got called a noodle arm. When you only make 2-5 yard passes, some of them are going to be inaccurate, especially when you're a nervous rookie. He threw a lot of bad short passes, and it made it look like he was unable to throw even 5 yard passes accurately. He's looking fucking fantastic though, so much better than I ever imagined. I'm sure we're all always on the lookout for the next Rodgers/Brees/Brady/Manning, and it's been awhile since someone has looked this good. Only half a season though. I think someone said it earlier, but I'm going to need this year and next year before I have a full opinion on Wentz and how high his ceiling is. Rookie/Sophmore years are tough to guage, but obviously you can tell a lot from them, usually by the 3 year mark (of being a starter in 6+ games/season), you have a pretty good idea of how good a QB will do baring any major injury or nagging minor injuries, which can fuck even the greatest players over.

he has never had a playbook problem or a defense reading problem...

the eagles were comfortable trading Bradford last year because Wentz knew the whole playbook that they had given him at the time by the season started.

he didn't throw past 5 yards because Dorial Beckham-Green and Agholor can barely catch passes that are 5 yards out.

The times that he did trust his receivers, they just do dumb shit and didn't even try to break it up. (Wentz game losing INT vs Detroit, Agholor vs Darius Slay)

I don't think he even tried to go deep after that pass, cuz they ain't catching that shit.
