It's very clear. It was not a valid wager and would not have been charged. It's unfortunate for you and sorry it happened but I can't bend the rules for people otherwise I have to start making exceptions. You did not do any calculation to provide an amount and it also says (saying something similar to "rewager all winnings from xx game" will be invalid)
