What? Pace has had really good drafting. He gets a pass for his first draft cuz his scouts were bad and got fired immediately after the draft.

Fox was forced on him, I'm sure he will hire someone much better. He doesn't have any contracts that are looming over him for next year cuz of the way he structures his deals.
