lol, I wish I could find the video of Vonta Leach initiating contact with someone after he was breaking the endzone last season. He could have entered the endzone with minimal contact, but chose to run right into someone right at the line instead lol.

this is why the NFL is going to have a tough time changing the rules much more than they have for player safety. a lot of these guys like to hit lol

How much is the contract worth for Greg Jones?

We paid him like 4.5mil last year, which was WAY, WAY overpaid.

It truly is a shame he tore up his knee so bad in college. He's one of those guys with the "what if" tag :(

Never heard the dollar amount just a one year deal.

I agree, we'll never know what went through his head right at that moment, but I'm sure it was something like "fuck". Cause you rarely seen him let guys come to him. Taylor was usually the one delivering the blow. Can't say I'd blame him though. Huge ass Greg Jones running straight at you down hill, one on one lol. Easy way to make you hesitate for a split second.

Probably like a 1 year - 2mil deal or close to that. Which is about what I'd expect for him. Anymore then that would be overpay for him, since he is only a Blocking FB. All be one of the best, but in today's NFL, the pure Blocking FB is being phased out :(

The FB in general is being phased out, people going with multiple TE sets instead. I'm not convinced the Ravens are going to pay Leach his 4mil salary this year.

It's turning into a hybrid position now, because you want more options and threats to score. You get inside the 5 yard line, you better have a great Blocking FB and great Goal line RB who always gets into the endzone. Either that, or that FB better be a threat to score when you get inside the 5 yard line. Whether it be rushing or passing.

Larry Centers from Tyler, Texas. He was the best fullback that I've ever seen in the pros.

He could catch. run, play special teams. Pretty much did it all.

Packers love using TE/FBs for various plays but the shift is still quite noticeable. KUUUUUUUUHNNNN

Deion Sanders "primetime football" for the Sega Genesis. I would always run those screen passes every play. I'd play that game 24-7 back in 1996.
