Exclusivity contracts are given by Sony/Microsoft to push console sales. It helps by giving the publisher money up front and a guaranteed amount in their pocket, but it vastly limits how many copies will be sold. There's very few games that can sell a console through exclusivity. Activision is all about the money (hence why they put out a new CoD every year and why they make companies like Bungie cut content from launch to sell as DLC), so they'd never make a move for a game like that going exclusive when it limits the overall money they make by going multi-platform.
The most they'll do is with games like Destiny where minor items are timed exclusives, but that's really only available to them because it's so early in the life span of PS4/XB1. There wouldn't be as much benefit to that if the consoles were 4 years old, so Sony wouldn't have offerred the deal.
