the pass didn't end up in the offenses hands--and that's what really counts

Yah either LGB didn't see the INT or he didn't watch the game at all. I'm leaning towards the latter.

I think Bentley may be a detriment actually, he tries to jump routes and that leads to getting burned if you don't get the int or deflection, like he did on the route he didn't try to jump, he go burned for 30 yds. Needs to keep his eyes on the ball when they go deep on him or he will give up a ton of big play yardage.

Yeah I missed the game because of hockey and was only able to watch highlights and read Lions news when I got back. But, it is his NFL debut too. Consistency is key so I'll hold my judgement on him until week 5 or so of regular season.

we've been getting burned for a while now--if we can get a few more interceptions--all the better.
Also I think the lions defense is more geared towards turnovers than actually stopping someone anyways.

I'd prefer not to get burned at all, play solid defense and get stops, int's will come naturally as the defense forces the qb to try make tight passes, imo. We have guys on the line that can get to the qb, we just need guys to cover like they should and play heads up smart football.
