/sarcasm?

I really hope the best for Lyerla.  From what I've read he's a freak athlete with tons of potential.  If we can settle him down into the GB lifestyle and make sure he stays healthy...I would be very excited.

i'm not going to get attached to a player who has shown no signs of wanting to be a professional athlete. while it's nice to fantasize, i'll stick with players who actually work toward a future

I'm looking forward to seeing Abbrederis back next year...I think he was a solid pick. Great hands and great route running abilities. He isn't the biggest guy but you don't always need to be.

he looked great in camp. granted most players can look just fine with minimal contact and in drills. he'll be exciting to watch for sure. would rather have depth on either side of the line instead of at WR tho

knew terps would jump at any chance to chime in on JaredGOAT

We need a solid TE. Hopefully RR can step in and become a monster. Lord knows Quarless ain't gonna do it.

A lot of teams will regret passing on Abbrederis. He runs routes like Reggie Wayne

Coming off an ACL tear though...I hope it doesn't affect him mentally or physically in the long run. If he can bounce back from it and play the same level he was at before the injury...well that's more than enough for me!

If Sherrod starts again and leaves Rodgers unprotected I'll scream at the TV more than usual

i disagree. having several TEs that are competent blockers AND receivers is better than having a single stud that can catch a ball. we already have enough mouths to feed in Green Bay. especially now that Lacygod has added pass-catching to his repertoire

That's a good point. I've never been particularly impressed or enthralled with Quarless though. Nothing about him stands out to me. I don't even see him is that good of a blocker.
