Don't jump down my throat here now, I'm just seeing what *you* guys think...

We need o-line depth and we need physicality. Would anyone be interested in bringing in Richie Incognito? On a very, very, very short leash?

Not saying I'd support this idea and not saying I wouldn't. Staying neutral on this one lol

Anything is better then Sherrod lol

I don't think he's ever played tackle, so it'd likely be moving Lang over to RT. He did have some problems pass blocking over there, but small sample size I guess. Definitely don't think the solution to RT is on the roster.

i posted a facebook status about bulaga yesterday and one of my friends actually suggested that we bring in incognito. at the very minimum, i would hope that his energy and brash attitude might rub off on the other linemen. was at the bar late last night and an old timer was recalling the Lombardi days saying how he'd be ashamed to see how soft we've gotten on both sides of the line and how the championship teams of the 60's were about hitting the guy lined up against you and making him think twice about coming at you on the following snap.

i don't see anything even vaguely similar to that on either side of the ball. an interesting perspective i thought

In all honesty, our line was GREAT until Bulaga got hurt, Rodgers had lots of time. Only thing they had a little trouble with was getting a push for runs.

I really don't think Seattle was all that impressive. They outplayed us on both sides, but I didn't see the same level of play as last year from them.

Colt Lyerla arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. There goes that little experiment... Damn shame, mens. Damn shame.

The one article has some shady details though. Not totally convinced he was actually on anything. Crossin' ma fingers for this kid.

/sarcasm?

I really hope the best for Lyerla. From what I've read he's a freak athlete with tons of potential. If we can settle him down into the GB lifestyle and make sure he stays healthy...I would be very excited.
