Lacy is going to have a very short career if he keeps this up. Pretty sure he wears a special concussion helmet and still can't keep his head from getting rattled.

I think initial word on Bulaga is a sprain.

Linsley survived his nearly impossible test and looked alright. Few more solid games out of him and Tretter's dropping down the depth chart when he comes back. Decent plan B if Bulaga gets hurt... shift Lang outside and plug in JC at RG.

I know pretty near the whole team played poorly, but I gotta single out Brad Jones. We CAN'T have this guy starting for us. Just terrible. He's never been anything but terrible with an occasional flukey decent game. Hawk is slow as heck, but he's at least consistent and doesn't often totally miss on plays. Jones gotta ride the bench or our middle is doomed. Play Lattimore or hell, I don't care, throw Bradford in the middle against a crappy team and see what he can do there.

Jones responsible for 4 of the 11 missed tackles on Lynch. Rofl.

Phone wanted to autocorrect his name to Jokes. Seems to sum it up well.

only 11 missed tackles? i swear i saw about 2-3 on any given snap :(

found a couple articles that point out the painfully obvious: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/09/05/michael-bennett-packers-didnt-want-to-tackle-marshawn-lynch/?utm_source=FB%20-%20SNF%20on%20NBC&utm_network=facebook&utm_post=2987207&utm_tags=

...something that left Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett with the impression that the Packers didn’t want anything to do with getting in front of the train.

“I saw supposedly some of the best players in the league not want to tackle Marshawn Lynch,” Bennett said, via the Associated Press. “Of course nobody is going to say nothing about that, but I seen a lot of guys whiff on tackles that should have been two-yard gains and they’re supposed to be the best.”

Aaron Rodgers: "Those guys come up and make tackles"

alright, so Rodgers is almost being blatant about it... question is, will anything be done about it? how do you make a soft, timid defense into a ball-hungry and contact-seeking group??

That tweet claimed 11. PFF said 13 (also said the Seahawks had 13). Packers beat writers said 12-15

Yeah, he's thinking Rodgers was implying that our defense doesn't. Can't blame him if he was, but he doesn't seem like the type to do that when he has a poor performance.

Doubt he would throw his own team under the bus on the first game when the offensive performance was terrible too.

I think he was giving the Seahawks that much credit for being great tacklers, rather than the Packers being poor tacklers.

But keep this in mind, I've been saying this for the 3rd year in a row, your defense STARTS with the INSIDE linebackers in a 3-4, then the 3 Front and Rushing Lb's.

I don't think so either, but it's not much of a stretch considering they missed almost as many. PFF credited them with 13 missed tackles, more than any game last year.

We've discussed that a couple times. Honestly, it doesn't matter what it starts with or who's the most important at this point. The middle of the defense is a huge liability and Jones needs to be benched. If you can't stop runs up the middle, you might as well not even bother.

Don't jump down my throat here now, I'm just seeing what *you* guys think...

We need o-line depth and we need physicality. Would anyone be interested in bringing in Richie Incognito? On a very, very, very short leash?

Not saying I'd support this idea and not saying I wouldn't. Staying neutral on this one lol
