Everything I read about Howie, it wasn't good. Now that he is the most powerful man in the team, it's a scary thought. Let's hope I'm wrong but there is really a good chance we might become the new Browns.

I'm not sure about hiring Doug but it seems like he will become a yes man to Howie.
