Maybe he can change, but he's not illustrating he's changed with his actions. The candid presser he gave in which he illustrates that he simply doesn't care about what he did was conducted months after the incident occurred. He was on probation at Oklahoma when he had his outburst with the female parking attendant and then intimidated her with his car.

Prepared statements, coached-up pressers, and other platitudes don't really mean much.
