The way the bet was phrased he hasn't broken any rules, so long as he goes 30 days without logging on. You have 24 hours to payout any bet and it was not specified that this bet would be any different. Cheesehead did not confirm that that post would be the last time he logged on before the bet began. It is conceivable that the login 3 hours later was a mistake, and even if it wasn't it would not have been a violation of the betting terms.

This shows ramos was making sure to be offline before the game ended in case he lost, so its pretty clear the intent was for them to log off when their respective teams lost, if they lost.

We are not in the business of trying to have people tagged for questionable technicalities and frankly I consider anybody who does that to be a little bloodsucking faggot on the level of the guy who pms someone to pay out a bet before a blowout game has even ended.

There was no clearly stated expectation that the user would begin the timer immediately after his team lost. Cheesehead did not confirm the post you quoted. It is virtually useless as evidence that he broke a rule.
