Winston should be the frontrunner at this point. Less likely than Luck to miss games due to injury. More likely to keep throwing even as the picks pile up and the season falls apart.

Other guys on that list might be in playoff contention so the teams might be more careful instead of just hanging them out to dry. Kaep could be on the bench any time now.
