you said you want to talk about present and future, seeing how you have been in the top 10 draft picks for 6 years in a row with no good talent drafted makes it appear you don't have much of one anytime soon better hope jarvis jones is finally a good draft pick. jags have the least talent on their team out o all NFL teams cheifs although drafting 1st still have much better young talent,  gave up earl thomas for tyson alualu HAHAHAH what has he done??? had one of the lowest tackles out of all DT and only 9 sacks in 2 years

i can't take anything you say seriously, do you even read what you write?

Jarred Allen didn't do shit this year.. 8 sacks? er some shit, Harvin was hurt half the year so his stats didn't do shit to help the team, Kalil is still a rookie so I won't throw him up there after one year, Williams is getting old, idk much about sullivan, Smith is also a rookie (i love this kid though), Rudolph is hopefully going to keep progressing but is nowhere near where he needs to be yet, Greenway isn't as amazing as you claim (I've met him irl... from So. Dak). ...

So essentially.
Allen: sucked this year
Harvin: hurt half the year
Kalil: rookie
Smith: rookie
Sullivan: idk
William: gettin old
Greenway: decent not great
rudolph: still a little raw imo

Nice troll post though.

Bradley gonna do work hopefully. Jags are always a team I'd like to see do good.

Did a fantasy draft differently the other night and took Ray Rice, and Chris Johnson to pound the ball and use the screen game. Wish I would have taken MJD,.... seems like Rice drops everything >.>

We shall see. I love what he has did with that Seattle Defense

MJD should be all ready to go, considering he pretty much took the whole year off.

JA had 12 sacks.....down year yes...but 12 sacks....

sullivan made probowl, kalil made a run at PB this season, smith running for deensive rookie of the year, greenway 2nd probowl in a row this season, harvin is still good even if he got hurt, again we have the youngest team in the NFL and still made it to the post season even with a hard schedule. plenty of good talent.....one man doesnt make a team or the jags would actually have been a good team with MJD your logic is flawed....

this fuckin guy lmao

every team in the NFL can easily make a list of good players, anybody with even the tiniest bit of football knowledge knows this. you obviously don't fall into that category, but go ahead and keep following in line with all the other sheep who make dumb assumptions and speak them like it's fact.

And here I thought this thread was actually about my mock. How I was mistaken lol.

Wow, I'd draft Tyler Wilson in the late 3rd, even if Flacco gets paid--didn't stop SF from getting Kaep.

-though I guess SF didn't know what their QB situation was gonna be then.

-and i guess we don't either technically lol

The one thing I absolutely did not want to do in this mock was force feed QBs to teams. I wanted to purely just draft and allow the QBs to fall where they fall. So with that Wilson fell but I'm no fool. I know there will most likely be 3-5 QBs taken in the first round and another 3-5 in the second. It's just how it is.

Geno Smith with Chip Kelly.

Hmmmm..... I'm not 1000% against it, I just don't want my team hinging on Smith since I'm not that big a fan of his. Other 2 picks were fine. Ty Randy for the constant mocks.

That was my thinking, Chip and Geno with Foles going to Andy in KC and you guys getting the Chiefs third out of it.

Mel had Niners pickin Shariff Floyd

wat say u?

Not bad. Not an ideal fit for the Niners imo, but it's a definite possibility. If you guys were going to do that, I'd much rather see you take Margus Hunt in the first. Well, as a Cardinals fan I don't want to see that, but just as a mock standpoint, that'd be a better choice.

Atlanta needs a DE so bad... but value probably will not be there :'(

When AB got hurt the hawks had all day to pass.

There are talented DEs out the ass in this draft and a few of them could have been there for you guys but as soon as Lewan and Matthews said they were going back to school that took 2 more first rounders out of the equation and forced teams to go talent over need at that point.

No first round WR please.

I've had trouble mocking GB's first rounder since I started. It could a receiver, running back, TE if the Seahawks allow that or a pass rusher. All those positions have good players available at the Packers pick so it's up in the air imo.

Interesting.

I'll take him happily. With this class and pass rush being a glaring need on defense, I'd love to have Jones with our first pick.
