They're literally brain dead and nobody wants to play for them. They only low ball their good players and over pay for trash ass players nobody wants.
I called it years ago when they brought back Tom Coughlin... I said it would be the worst possible decision they could make and guess what... It was indeed that. He set this franchise back 10 years the first time he was here and he just did it again when they brought him back in 2016.
I don't blame Ngakoue one bit for wanting out of this mess.
We seen it with Allen Robinson. He said he felt disrespected and called off all contract talks a few years ago, which led to him walking in FA and going to the Bears.
We seen it again with Ramsey and him feeling disrespected by this organization and wanted out.
We see it now with Ngakoue...
It's far from a "me" (players) thing and very clearly a "you" (organization) thing.
3 big time, blue chip players (all drafted here) all ran off because of this front office group. Coughlin isn't here anymore, but it's obvious his stench still lingers. Nobody wants to play for this dog shit franchise and honestly, I don't blame them one bit.
I mean this front office literally had to nerve to go on record saying their All-Pro/Pro Bowl players haven't earned it, all while throwing away boatloads of cash for players like Bortles, trash ass Nick Foles, etc etc.
This franchise is soo fuckin inept and ass backwards it's flat out ridiculous.
EDIT: I mean it's the same with Telvin Smith... He literally quit playing football and left $10m per on the plate because he didn't want to be around this franchise/FO anymore... It's fucking pathetic
