It's been a long time since I committed to offlane play and I'll have to practice those stack/pulls. Been spamming Underlord, omniknight and timbersaw lately so about a 64% winrate, but there are plenty of times that I come out of the laning stage grasping at a low networth and barely any farm. I also really used to enjoy roaming and have been using a lot of different heroes for that. Losing the xp with the bounty rune has made it diffcult to roam in instances where you aren't as successful as you'd like to be. The xp from the runes helped a lot to mitigate any possible wasted time and efforts in the early minutes of the laning stage. Since that change, I've been playing the 3 or 5 mostly. Ofc man. If you need to, on say Omni, rush the Midas and have your 5 ward a bit extra until you've gotten it. All that hero really needs is level 5 to shine. Underlord - as long as you have a magic wand and soul ring, just TP to whatever lane is being pushed. That hero is literally designed to depush, so just abuse it and TP around and ulti around. Guardians and Pipe and he's basically immortal with the Entropy aura.
Timber I'm not as familiar with, but when their support goes to pull, just shit on the stacks and take his last hits with whirling death. Keep a TP to recover to your shrine or T2 if they TP/roam their 4 and try to gank you.
If you can hit 6 by minute 6 or 7, and their carry isn't last hitting under his first tree line, you pretty much did your job. It's hard to get kills/lots of exp on Omni without a rotation. You should try Nightstalker offlane since you like to roam. Or Nyx. Both have really high regen and mobility and can secure kills early. NS is mega underrated. Basically forces Mantas and BKBs on cores which takes away damage slots like a late game Bloodthorn. If they have to break your silence and don't get to Hex, Bloodthorn, etc, it greatly increases your chances of forcing a win condition.
One of these days when I get a week off and don't have to go out of town for work, I'm gonna send you my Steam and we can queue. Got a Discord full of boys from Crusader 5 to Divine 5 I play with at any time. Would give you some pals to play with too.
OH! Try Elder Titan too. You can just spirit the hard camp and right click about 90% of cores out of the lane. Get a stacked hard camp and you'll get like bonus +300 damage from the spirit steal.
Edit - last thing too. This will help with EXP. If you are being bullied by like Bane or Rhasta supports, just sit near the secret shop in the trees and soak exp for the first few minutes. Block their small camp with a sentry and enjoy free exp.
Edit 2 - solo offlane start with brown boots 90% of the time.
