Because it was made for XB1, not 360 - that's why PC is having issues. Lot of graphic cut backs were made for the 360 version, and the fact that it was delayed for a month is fishy. I'd hold off until some actual player reviews for 360 performance are around.

Microsoft has customers that are okay with buying a game before it's 2 years old.

Edit - Oh, and since I assume you're talking about last gen (since PS4 hasn't given away any non-arcade games), the answer is yes - Games for Gold is still going.

Done with charge rifle. Caved in and went to Campaign to rush through it. Just gotta grind 43-50 and then this will be on loop in the background for a couple weeks while I play.
