If the cowboys have to punt again, they should absolutely take a free shot at the chargers returner before he has a chance to catch the ball and hope that someone on the chargers team touches the ball like what just happened to the cowboys, if not its only 15 yards.

He did but his own player was blocked into him by a chargers player. This is legal.
