I figure I'll do a bit of my part here.

Good for him.

http://www.bigblueinteractive.com/2015/03/11/giants-officially-announce-five-free-agent-signings/

RB Shane Vereen (from the New England Patriots)
WR/Returner Dwayne Harris (from the Dallas Cowboys)
OT Marshall Newhouse (from the Cincinnati Bengals)
LB J.T. Thomas (from the Jacksonville Jaguars)
LB Jonathan Casillas (from the New England Patriots)

Nice read and summaries for each players
We also resigned couple of players: OG John Jerry, CB Chykie Brown and FB Henry Hynoski

http://www.bigblueinteractive.com/2015/03/03/march-3-2015-new-york-giants-salary-cap-snapshot/

According to Spotrac.com, the New York Giants currently have approximately $10.879 million in salary cap space. This assumes that defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul signs his $14.813 million Franchise tender and does not agree to a longer-term deal that reduces his immediate cap hit.

Overview of the New York Giants salary cap situation:

2015 NFL Salary Cap: $143,280,000
New York Giants Adjusted Salary Cap: $143,411,883
All Active Contracts: $135,780,248
Top 51 Contracts: $123,690,261
2015 NFL Draft Pool: $6,267,498
Dead Money: $8,842,893
Cap Space (with Top 51 Contracts): $10,878,729
These numbers include the recent releases of running backs David Wilson and Peyton Hillis, defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka, and center J.D. Walton.

Much of the dead money is coming from:

Center David Baas ($3,225,000)
Defensive End Mathias Kiwanuka ($2,625,000)
Defensive End Jason Pierre-Paul ($1,350,000 – mostly from voided option bonus)
Running Back David Wilson ($825,364)
Center J.D. Walton ($625,000)
The top-10 players currently counting the most against the team’s 2015 salary cap are:

Quarterback Eli Manning ($19,750,000)
Defensive End Jason Pierre-Paul ($14,813,000)
Wide Receiver Victor Cruz ($8,125,000)
Tackle Will Beatty ($8,050,000)
Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie ($7,250,000)
Cornerback Prince Amukamara ($6,898,000)
Linebacker Jon Beason ($6,691,666)

It would of been nice if we were able to keep J.T. Thomas. He played at all 3 of our LB positions this past season and eventually settled in at MLB a couple games after Poz got hurt.

He's a good ST and solid back up at the very least.

Anyone want to guess how Eli's contract going to workout this or next year? I think he'd take pay cut. Hes pretty humble but there's some talk about Ben Rapist's contract might affect Eli's contract or whatever.

Update on xnozx. I thought everyone here would like to know at least.

I did talk to xnozx about sending letters. He didn't want any just to avoid problems.

I talked to his wife via email a few weeks ago and apparently everything is going well. They get to see him every weekend and he's not having any problems.
