We’re definitely trading down, the question is what kind of haul will we get. I guess multiple teams are interested in it so we should have decent leverage to get a nice return, but it’s the Lions so I’m still uncomfortable with any potential trade.

I am thinking with the dolphins you get their last of the three first round picks, and maybe next years 1 since they have 2

Don't think you are getting much more than that to be honest.... maybe throw in a 3rd or 4th in one of these years but you're only moving back 2 to 3 spots, don't think the dolphins are mortgaging the farm when they have billions of holes on that roster.

Chargers are the only team that really could throw a lot at you because they have a decently complete team, however the chargers don't have a history of trading up so they probably aren't offering much more.
