Only 15 snaps for DRC.... hope he can heal up during these two weeks... I really think we would have won if he were playing

Completely bewildered why Kiwi is getting 55 snaps, v. 19 for Ayers and 10 for Moore.

Our safeties are a serious problem right now. Sure it doesn't help that we have practice squad guys at nickel corner, but we really need our safeties to stop being garbage. Please for the love of god put the rookie in. See what he can do at least...

YES!

I would love to see Berhe out there.

He can lay the wood!

But it won't matter because Fewell just wants to play his cover 2 all game long...

KG said Donell's biggest issue and No. 1 area where he needs to improve is in his confidence.

Nunn says Damontre Moore needs to show more more in 1st and 2nd down practice situations to earn more reps in those situations on game day.

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 2m2 minutes ago
Nunn said Moore is making progress. Also said that his snap count could increase with the injury to Jenkins.

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 35s35 seconds ago
KGilbride said he wants his TEs to fight for the extra yards. Said Donnell needed to squeeze down on the ball to better protect it.

(This is interesting, Donnell has fumble problems but he wants him to fight for extra yards.)

Art Stapleton ‏@art_stapleton 26s27 seconds ago
Giants WR coach Sean Ryan said he told @OBJ_3 after Victor Cruz injury: "Your rookie season is over. You're a veteran now. Congratulations."

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 56s56 seconds ago

Tom Rock ‏@TomRock_Newsday 14s14 seconds ago
Pat Flaherty said there were 10 plays vs. Eagles where Pugh put himself in bad position. Against the Cowboys there was 1.

(Interesting)

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 38s39 seconds ago
Johnson said every RB wants to go out and run for 200 yards but that's not going to happen every week in the NFL. AWill needs to be patient.

Art Stapleton ‏@art_stapleton 20s21 seconds ago
Expect Mike Patterson to start for Cullen Jenkins at DT in base 4-3 alongside Johnathan Hankins, whom Nunn raved about.

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 2m2 minutes ago
Asked Nunn to clarify what specifically Moore needs to improve on 1st and 2nd down. ...He said gap discipline, holding up at the point of attack, etc. Technique stuff.

Art Stapleton ‏@art_stapleton 49s49 seconds ago
Beckham was covered initially by pair of defenders - Cowboys were in a zone - and Manning trusted OBJ would get open + OBJ trusted the route

Tom Rock ‏@TomRock_Newsday 16s16 seconds ago
RB coach Craig Johnson said he doesn't see much difference in run-blocking from line. Holes are there. Rookie RB needs patience to find em.

(I figured it was his patience...OL still needs to get better however).

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 1m1 minute ago
OL Coach Pat Flaherty said he's had too many penalties on the OL. Said that they can be eliminated with better concentration and focus.

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 2m2 minutes ago
He was particularly bothered by the false start penalties.

Art Stapleton ‏@art_stapleton 1m1 minute ago
Ryan on Washington: "And Corey's a rookie coming from lower level of comp + he goes against better players now. He'll continue to grow."

Art Stapleton ‏@art_stapleton 1m1 minute ago
Ryan on Washington: "The releases, routes, finishes. I do see progress. The challenge as with a lot of players is to see it consistently."

Tom Rock ‏@TomRock_Newsday 1m1 minute ago
Ryan said Odell is emerging as a leader in the WR room. "Guys see talent." But Odell is still a rookie. "He's keeping it respectful."

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 59s59 seconds ago
Flaherty said numerous times on my tape that they know how to fix the problems on the OL. How do they fix it? "By practicing."

(???????? this is concerning, no?)

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 19s19 seconds ago
He said they are getting enough reps, but not enough quality reps.

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 1m1 minute ago
Flats: "I don't think as an OL group we've been practicing the way we're capable of practicing."

(Well, this is just sad lol. It's not the WORST thing in the world, but it sucks we just kind of lollygag through practice. No wonder we don't look fluid until the end of the 3rd. You have to train. Preparation is key, I live by that).

Patricia Traina ‏@Patricia_Traina 1m1 minute ago
Flats said he takes full responsibility for the OL's meltdown vs. Philly.

(Kind of shocked he came on and took full responsibility. Maybe this team has what it takes.)

Tom Rock ‏@TomRock_Newsday 12s13 seconds ago
Flaherty also said the last few weeks the o-line hasn't practiced as well as they are capable of practicing. Put that on himself.

It's 50/50 on whether Beason goes on IR

Quote

    Via Rotoworld just now

Giants MLB Jon Beason (toe) expects to know by Wednesday whether he needs surgery.

Beason is visiting a specialist on Tuesday. Even if he gets good news, it sounds like he'll be no better than 50-50 to suit up when the G-Men come off their bye in Week 9.
