It's happened before is all. I think you're misunderstanding me though. I wouldn't have SB aspirations at all if Brady went down, I'm just saying it wouldn't be completely impossible for him to win, while it would be with literally ANY of the other numerous QBs we've had behind Brady in his 2 decades with NE.

but you're right it was very highly unlikely (if not impossible) we would've franchised him so it that case yeah it was the right move to get rid of him now, just sucks we don't have a good backup QB (as far as i know).

Na man, we're the worst defense no matter how you look at it. We can not pressure QBs, we're letting up the most yards/points I think, and we're allowing the most 40/50/60/70/80 yard plays of any team. We're terrible everywhere.


We're improving, we've looked better each week over the past 4 (minus one play/Gordon). We've got a long way to go if we're going to be 20th or better by the playoffs, but I think it's possible. If we can't figure out a way to get QB pressure though, I don't think we can win anything this year come big games, but I thought the same last year too, so who fucking knows.

18th PPG is far from the worst. slightly below average though needs to get better. we give up way too many yards but at least we can somewhat keep teams out of the endzone.




I'll take our defense over the colts' defense. jus' sayin' lol

we do need to get better just about everywhere though, specifically pass rush & more consistent play in the secondary.
