thomas davis had a successful surgery yesterday morning to repair the broken forearm bone, I got mixed feelings about him playing in the superbowl because he'll have his arm in a club which will make it hard for him to wrap up. I'm sure river boat ron will let him play though.

All he has to do is slow them up until Luke is there an eighth of a second later

That's 100% correct, he just kept getting in the backfield within a second or 2 the other night and I don't want that to happen and they get out because of that clubbed arm. but hopefully like you said luke will be right behind him.

You know what's really scary about the Panthers is that they are where they are without their number one wr Benjamin.

That is freaking crazy. Imagine what next year is going to look like lol.

Cam completed like 45% of his passes that targeted benjamiN.

He tried to force it to him far too often. Hopefully this year has taught him that he can get it done without KB and will just make KB more valuable in the future.

I agree, but saying that they're doing this "without him" like its a big deal is inaccurate..

As I've argued many times, Super Bowl winning teams usually don't have a top 10wr. They almost always have a good running game and defense. In the last ten years

Pats
Seahawks
Ravens
Giants
Saints
Giants

None of those teams had elite wr the years they won the SB. With Pitt, GB (arguable), and colts being the exceptions

He's a threat to the opponents defense and it's a factor that most teams didn't have to worry about this year.

It's another thing that they have to worry about which is the main problem.

Only those 5/11 completions per game to benjamin have been translated into 4/6 completions to Olsen and 3/5 completions to ginn/brown/funchess

Benjamin obviously did not make the panthers more dangerous (7-8-1 compared to 15-1)

Look at OBJ
Evans
Julio
Hopkins
Calvin
Watkins
Cooper
Landry

Being a good wr doesn't make the team good

So are you arguing that Benjamin is not going to be a valuable asset to the Panthers next year?

And the people you listed makes the team much better vs them not being on the team does it not?
