Tell me about diggs

Should I be excited?

He is a great tackler and pretty damn good at run stop and reading the offensive scheme. He's no superstar but he is a really solid player that can cover decent, and if his guy makes a catch he usually tackles them and doesn't give up the big play. he's like a Golden Tate WR he aint the best, but hes definitely serviceable and shows flashes once in a while with a big play.

Yes, he's a solid player all around, gets along with guys well, and just does his job. Never hear of any trouble off the field. A few lions players are cussing managment out on twitter and shit about them letting him go.

Read something about trading for melvin gordon, even though im against it, it would be interesting to see if he would stick around after the year is done. Having melvin gordon and kerryon next year would be one of the best one-two punches in the league.

Imagine if we splurged a bit and also went out and traded for vic beasley. We might actually be able to sack opposing qb's lol.

Generally though id be against trading right now as we are in line for another high draft pick, im not sure it would be wise to add a couple guys who could help us improve this year ruining the prospect of a higher pick and then may not stick around long anyways.

Yeah, makes no sense to go for one-year guys unless we are really trying to contend this season. The rest of our schedule is pretty light, so I could still see us winning 9-10 games

Easy Schedule, and Det should have beat KC, Arz, and GB. Even with the injuries, they are still int eh Division.

Pretty sure Melvin grew up as a Lions fan. Might be enough of a reason for him to want to stay.

I wanted the Lions to get him in the draft but I think he got picked too fast.

Man if only we won a couple of the games, and now easy back end , we might be owning. I was hoping we could at least split our division games and win like 10 games this season.
