While I agree we're not looking great, the Hawks/Rams/Redskins/Panthers/Bills are not better than us. Panthers got gifted the fucking game, and we'll see how good the Bills are soon enough. Steelers can never beat NE, and the Rams/Hawks have both looked horribly inconsistent. The two loses we have were all last minute loses, we could easily be 6-0, we could also be 1-5 though too lol, but we barely lost to the chiefs and they've got us 9 below them? That seems nuts, even with how bad our defense is.

Power rankings before November are a joke anyways. We're definitely one of the best 3 teams in the AFC, along with the Chiefs and the Steelers. not even gonna bother comparing to NFC teams.

Right, but it IS that good lol. Then we've got the best coach who's ever coached the game, who always finds ways to win impossible games. We're 1 win off from first place in the entire league, we hardly lost to the #1 team in the league, and our other loss was because for the second time in a row that Cam has come to NE, the refs let his players hold whoever the fuck they want without any consequences EVER.

It's the worst, but when Rowe/Gilmore return, with the slight improvements we've seen, it could actually be a competent defense. Still not a good one, but competent. We can somehow stop the run very well, but we're absolutely retarded when it comes to putting pressure on a QB. We can't allow garbage QBs to have 8+ seconds every single dropback, our secondary just can't handle that. Linebacker coverage on backs/TEs has been fucking disgraceful, half the time these morons are sitting about getting burnt by a good 4-5 yards and it takes out safety coming up to make a play after they've already got 15 on a dropoff. Not to mention the tackling woes.
