FYI, if it weren't for Butler, the Seferian-Jenkins TD stands...

Butler is great at forcing fumbles.

But yeah he was perfect all around, I saw him leave Robbie Anderson (I think) completely wide open at least once.

He is pretty solid at that. I'm still 100% sure we win that game if that TD did stand, since our offense still would have been trying, and we were unstoppable up until that point. Seemed like Brady/BB just completely let off the fucking gas on defense/offense after that weird call.

The head officials are standing by the call 100%, and I still don't like it.

If he lost possession before he crossed the pylon, then he should be down right before the pylon, he lost possession at/'after the pylon, then it's a TD, since to lose it directly at the pylon, you'd have to break the plane first. It looked like he lost it a fraction of a second before and then got shoved out of bounds in the end-zone, so I get where they're coming from on the rule, but I think they need to redefine control, since he never actually LOST the ball. It wobbled around a little bit at the worst time possible, but he had full possession and he regained possession immediately. I still think it's their ball at the .2-1 or a TD.

Absolutely lol. The refs VERY rarely are on our side. But, since we've now gotten 2 just fucking HORRIBLE calls in 20 years, and because we won't stop winning, people just think we can only win with ref help, which is absolutely retarded.

All year Gronk has been getting manhandled and I think he finally got his first DPI call, where if he hardly fucking touches someone, he gets an OPI call right away. It's been terrible, so many times people are grabbing one of his arms, or both, or dragging him down and the refs don't even think about throwing flags for us. Brady also took a shot in the helmet and we didn't get a flag. So, once again, just insane they think we get everything, when we clearly don't. Every team gets bad/good calls from time to time, these guys are human, they're going to make mistake, but at least 100 games have been gift-wrapped by the refs for other teams, since we had our last git-wrapped win.

He did lose the ball lol, he lost possession of the ball... when it was "wobbling around" that = loss of possession. it's the rule like it or not.

I've heard explanations from Dean Blandino, and Belichick (was just on WEEI doing his weekly interview), and the call by the refs was 100% correct, if you're going to be mad (not you specifically, just in general) be mad at the rule not the refs as they were correct to overturn the TD. You need possession of the ball for it to be a touchdown, period. Seferian-Jenkins did not have possession thanks to Butler prying it at the last second before he even hit the pylon.

People don't care about us getting hosed though, it's always just, hahaha, fucking Cheatriots got what they deserve, losers ALWAYS getting help from the refs lost, hahahahah. We get treated like scum if we're upset about a bad call that cost us the game, which is insane. It happens to everyone, we have every right to be upset about getting fucked by the refs as everyone else does. I can't think of the last time we got gifted a game by the refs, it's been a longgggg fucking time, but there have been so many in the last few years that the refs have blown calls the last few years for us that fucked us.
