They were -$20M before that, so I don't think just that.
They restructured Gallette's deal and probably made up numbers like they always do to get under the cap.
Every year it's the same thing with the Saints and miraculously their cap is all of a sudden fixed after 1 small move.. so sketch.
They are sacrificing their future with those restructuring moves similar to what Broncos did. It was gonna catch up to them in a matter of time.
