I think it should not have been called a td--most of the time the refs get that call right...that would've left I think 8 secs on the clock...plenty of time for a play. Stafford probably would've tried a predictable sneak and got stuffed--but at least I would've been able to sleep last night.

Since it was called a td and ruled back--the run off of the clock was the right thing to do as that's the rules. I think the rules ought too and likely will be reviewed as a result of this play similar to how Calvin johnsons "catch" changed the way refs call things.

Preseason super bowl odds were 1:100...after week 1 I think they jumped to 1:80...then after Giants to 1:50 then continued to 1:40 after a loss.... now they are 1:28

I've checked the Lions odds for the past 7 years and I cannot recall a time them being this high. I don't even think the odds were this good even after it was confirmed we had made the playoffs.
