Our defense keeps getting hurt! We were ranked pretty highly defensively until the large slew of defensive injuries piled up around game 6ish

Can't really debate that... hard to measure draft picks when they aren't on the field. I'm really hoping we kick this persistent injury bug this season. Sad thing is, even when the defense started to heal and we got people back, the poor tackling and lack of QB pressure was always there.

Our only midfield playmaker Claymonster was hurt and double teamed most of the season. The line couldn't do shit and neither could the other linebackers. Hawk had a career season but that was simply due to never being hurt and carrying the defense IMO

Perry did alright with the time given, and our rotation of young, athletic linemen performed as well as we could reasonably expect, but we lack consistency and any form of tackling in the secondary

That's for sure. We just need a rock solid injury-free defense that can mesh together. That being said, it's more likely that the Buccaneers win a Super Bowl before that sort of consistency happens on a GB defense.

You can't buy into that too much. They don't take into account injuries nearly as much as they do stats saying the defense was bad. As always, we know TT will go BPA or trade down for more picks if he doesn't like what's available when he's on the clock.
