Aldon Smith is a shitty human being and I'd rather loose with respectable people than win with him.

Don't miss him and will be sorry to see him on the field again.

Hows he a horrible person?

Smith was arrested on suspicion of DUI in January 2012, a charge that was later reduced to reckless driving. Later that year, he faced three felony weapons charges stemming from a June 2012 party at his home. Police said several shots were fired, two partygoers were injured and Smith was stabbed. Smith pleaded not guilty, and the weapons charges were later reduced.

Smith was arrested and charged with DUI again after a car accident in September 2013. He voluntarily entered rehab and missed five games that season. In July 2014, Smith was sentenced to 11 days of work release for that DUI in Santa Clara.

In August 2014, Smith was suspended for the first nine games of last season for violating the NFL's personal-conduct and substance-abuse policies, in connection to the 2013 drunken-driving arrest.

Smith also was arrested April 13, 2014, at Los Angeles International Airport. Police said he was randomly selected for a secondary screening and became uncooperative, telling a TSA agent he had a bomb. No charges were filed in that incident.

So he had a alcohol problem typical of his age.
No body ever got severely hurt
Should he have made smarter decisions yes but he didn't so he's paid his consequences for them has served his "sentence" and could possibly be a changed man an grown up. As far as I know no real issues since being in oakland. Maybe he smoked pot but I'd bet 75% of the league at the very least does as well.

Either way I don't think his rap sheet is that bad to make sound like he's scum of earth. Just my opinion though. If you would of put 1 rape case , major assault case or a drunk accident causing injury to others maybe but to me he's just a typical "kid" making stupid mistakes due to where he's from and whom he keeps around.

3 DUIs is not a "typical kid". If this guy weren't rich and famous he'd be in jail, and well deserved, too. Just because nothing bad has happened *yet* doesn't make it okay to make poor decisions that have put the lives of others in danger, not to mention his own life.

3rd offense misdemeanor DUI: 120 days to 1 year in county jail

A DUI isn't just "Oh he did a dumb kid thing, kids will be kids!" You could make that argument if it was ONE incident. But three? Dude is a shitty human being for not paying a taxi 40 bucks of his multi-million dollar salary in order to secure the safety of himself and everyone else he's on the road with. And because he's been CAUGHT 3 times, you know for certain he's done it plenty more than three times.

And if this were something isolated to one period of his life, or just a thing he did in college, you'd have an argument for "he's growing up". But this has been scattered throughout his career, the most recent incident being last year. If he can go for three years without some stupid charges being filed, then maybe you'd have an argument.

In addition, the "no injury" thing is out the window. He was at a party where two people were shot (and he was stabbed) by his own weapons that he failed to take proper care of.

The dude is a living piece of human garbage.

To me DUI are nothing without knowing the whole incident you could literaly barely blow over and get one. And I personally know plenty of ppl that have more DUI s and have had 0 jail time for it. The ppl getting hurt cause they used a weapon that was his not his fault if someone walked in my house took a knife oit at a party and started shit not my fault but being famous that's who you will hear about. I understand your side to but there's way worse going on then what he has done. And to me it seems he's trying to get his shit on track unlike some ppl (manziel)

I don't defend Ray Lewis for what he did, though it sounds like you would lol.

Aldon Smith is a danger to society--exactly the type of person who should be locked-up to protect the public from his poor decision-making.
