yes, I did, did you? He said he left partly due to the Lions not having a chance to win the super bowl and the rest was injury. The Lions retained his rights and took back $1 million from him, I imagine he was a little salty about it. He was nothing more than a shell his last 2 seasons and being used as a decoy, I would have left too.

I got the jist of it, it just seemed like you didn't realize he said he left because he didn't see the lions having any chance, so he wasn't going to put his body through it again, and they wouldn't honor his request to release or trade him . Basically Barry 2.0

Rumors going around some teams have been courting him to un retire. I don't know how long the rights the Lions have on him last, but they should just let him come back and play for whatever team he wants that will make a trade for him.
Also excited to see the preseason champs play again.
