I agree I think he is AT LEAST a top 3 DE in the league, but also devils advocate, he's coming off a neck surgery which is scary, also the Joey Bosa contract is just a mega outlier to every other DE contract which it seems like reports are saying he wants Bosa money. Bosa makes 27mil (which we can't afford) and the next closest is Miles Garrett just signed an average 25m/year. After that it's 22m for Mack. Bosa just got some insane deal compared to anyone else on that market. I'd be happy to pay Hunter in that 23-25m range but anything north of 27mil will cripple our cap space we did so well at building back up

considering Bosa makes 27mil and Mack makes 25mil
