A winning attitude goes a lot further than a high draft pick. I'm tired of twits that cry about the playoffs being the only important goal to achieve in a season. You don't build a successful team by tanking if you aren't going to win the Superbowl. You build a successful team by starting success (like we are this season) and building the team around that success. Drawing in free agents with ideas of a playoff run, building the team with smart trades and drafting rookies into an environment that has a positive attitude and a hunger for victory. I'd much rather finish 7-9 or 8-8 and have the 20th pick than finish 4-12 and have the first pick. One of those teams is going somewhere, the other team is going to be stuck in the mud for 10 years. How do I know? Oh yeah, because the Raiders have spent the last decade collecting those high draft picks and look where that got us--fucking nowhere.

Rashad did good, and i think mcbad is injured again? Hopefully Rashad can produce again vs the giants.
Rashad is legit. He won't last very long but he's good enough to give Pryor a fucking break. We really need to focus on pounding the ground game early on with him and Stewart, both of those guys can run well enough to move the chains. Let us get a rhythm on the ground and mix in Pryor passing and running on 2nd and 8+ or 3rd and long. Pryor is good but he's not good enough to win games alone--yet. So give him the help of a rushing game.
Also we really have to cut DMC after this season.
