We would actually have LB corp? I'm shocked

We had a solid LB corps last season.

A little snippet of what Schwartz is 'bout to bring... *credit Giants message boards*

Quote

I started watching some of his film from KC to get a better feel for him, safe to say Jerry did well signing him. The amount of power he shows in the run game is something we were direly lacking last season. Not only running the ball, but passing the ball he shows very heavy hands and extends very well. Very good anchor as well. Here's a little compilation of what we're about to see in the blue this season.

Here he is driving the defensive lineman 4 yards off the ball in a short yardage situation on power. Creates a massive lane for the pulling guard and back.

Quote
Now here he is on a zone read on the goal line running the 3Tech 5 yards into the endzone on his back for a TD.

Quote
A little draw action here. When the DT tries to fight back over the top towards the back, he pancakes him.

An outside zone play here. Schwartz drives his man laterally to create movement, then when the defender tries to fight back over the top buries him for the pancake.

Quote
Another zone play here. Schwartz creates a massive cutback lane for Charles as he washes the nose all the way to the sideline.

Link won't work on this one.. you'll have to check the boards but this video is the snow game.. looks the best lol

I want to thank the NY @Giants fans. My family and I appreciated your support on and off the field, and it’s been incredible playing for you the last 9 yrs. Also, I want to thank the @giants organization for being nothing but first class, and for the opportunity to win 2 championships. #TuckRUSH4Literacy has served the community here for 6 yrs and we will continue our commitment and work in the region.

This is such a BADASS picture....

JD Walton Contract #'s

Big Blue United ‏@InReeseWeTrust 1m
C J.D. Walton Contract with New York Giants: $1.25 million salary in 2014 & $2.25 million in 2015. #nyg #giants #bbu

Mike Garafolo ‏@MikeGarafolo 5m
Giants showing a lot of faith in C J.D. Walton. Hasn't taken a snap since Sept 2012 but they gave him $3m guaranteed in a 2-yr, $5m deal.
.
.
.

That's great value for a once great center.

Even as depth that's not bad but I assume he'll be healthy enough to start day 1.

That's not disrespect.

He's a little upset but he's not bitter as he said. He's just disappointed... everyone of us would be.

He wanted to remain a Giant. Who could blame him?
