There's actually a fair number of Packers fans who are still pro Capers. The arguments I've seen for him largely boil down to not blaming him for injuries.

Seeing their system wasn't any where this good before and the packers defense was horrid in these match ups

He is giving all the credit to Capers vs the bears. Saying he is the only reason they beat the bears. Not Rodgers or anyone else.

the facts that i was simply pointing out
the packers d has statistically played the bears very well since cutlers has started (they have)
dom capers is the defensive coordinator (he is)
cutler has played abnormally below his averages vs. the packers d (he has)
Aaron Rodgers hasn't statistically over performed against the bears (he hasn't, aside from a 5td game)

it's entirely fair, and based on facts, to exclaim that capers owns the bears (which it would seem he does)
