hill is a freak of nature, the best "burner" if you wanna minimize him to that we have seen in a long time, maybe ever depending on his career trajectory from here on out

I agree 100%, I threw megatron in there for the purpose of showing Hill has the ability to be #3 at absolute best.

Moss and Megatron weren't burners. They were fast and could 100% outrun you, but they were so much more than just speed guys. Moss is a top 5 jump ball guy of all time. Hill is a speed guy with good COD, but he's rarely going to out-muscle a starting CB--that's just not his game.

As a Packer's fan I've seen moss streaking down the sideline with 3-5 steps on our safety and Culpepper heaving as far as he possibly could more times than I can count, that was their entire offense, and it was one of the top offenses in football. Moss's 40 time is faster than Cheetahs at 4.25, Megatron was right behind Cheetah's at 4.35. Just because Moss and Megatron weren't one dimensional does not mean they weren't burners because saying they aren't is nothing short of stupid.

Every wr with speed =/= burner

Clearly we are talking about people like Mike Wallace, Desean Jackson, whose entire game was "get behind the defense"

You could name every top wr we have had with speed: larry, rice, etc and claim they were burners when speed was just part of their game, not their whole repertoire

Larry and Rice were both 4.5+ guys and I said mega and moss were multi dimensional. The biggest reason, among many, we have speed guys that run straight down the field is because of moss lol. There will never be a better go route wide receiver than Moss. Megatron had the attributes but not the durability.

The funniest part is he looked like he was jogging too, that man was really something else to watch. I think with better people in his corner and more consistent QB play he could’ve potentially gotten a lot closer to Jerry rices career stats
