Those stats don't tell the full story. Bortles is carried hard by his team.
There isn't a single starting qb I'd bench for bortles, and about 6 backups any sane person would start before him.
He's surrounded by great offensive weapons and even with the playcalling tailor made to try and hide his weaknesses, he still manages to keep them from being contenders.
The window for the jags to win before they plummet back to mediocrity is closing fast, and their unwillingness to move on from an awful qb that cant create anything useful already cost them a superbowl. There is no way they wouldn't do much better offensively with teddy.
