also you are absolutely right about all of this. TT is a much bigger issue than MM. his drafting has sucked and he has let valuable defensive players go like Hayward, Peppers, Hyde, etc

Yea I mean I'd be very surprised if either MM or TT gets canned this year, but I think if we underachieve again next season, there's a decent possibility of that happening. If MM gets a 1 year extension this year, they'd both only have 1 year left on their deals at the end of 2018. That's when the move(s) will happen, if it ever does IMO. So far it sounds like they are unwilling to give MM a big extension
