Bikes are coffins with wheels. Do you live in a city or somewhere more rural?

Bike's arent the problem. People not looking when they turn or pull out is the problem. 90% of non alcohol related crashes involving a motorcycle the driver of the car was at fault not the motorcycle rider. The motorcyclist pays a way higher injury rate certainly, but to call them a coffin of wheels is a short sided view, imo.

I am drowning
there is no sign of land
you are coming down with me
Hand in unloveable hand
and I hope you die
I hope we both die

I don't mean to put ANY blame on those who ride bikes. I actually agree with what you're saying 100% - I don't trust other drivers nearly enough to not have any protection surrounding me.

that's horrible

I had an older Ninja 600, I only had it for about 6 months and I lent it to a friend and he wrecked it. Watch out for railroad tracks and those tar street patches those have been my close calls.
