probably. but that doesn't necessarily mean that depth is a problem. sometimes bad luck strikes. pack lost bishop, perry, smith and williams (all LBs) to IR. matthews was injured for a good part of the year but that doesn't mean we need to sign and draft more LBs. they did pick one up in the draft but they also released one before april 25th

starter gets hurt. backup comes in and performs adequately. team has good depth at that position.
starter gets hurt. backup comes in and performs horribly. team has poor depth at that position.
