you're kidding right? Russia's intentions are wayyyyy worse than ours... it's really that simple, do you not understand that? Putin wants the Soviet Union to return to the powerhouse that it once was, as right now, Russia is just a regional bully, but they are slowly gaining power (look what they're doing in Ukraine). Now we're about to have no ICBM treaty and it COULD end up being the next cold war all over again, but hey, wars are fun to the right wing!

When's the last time you've seen U.S. brutally invade a territory (like what Russia did in Ukraine a half dozen years ago or so) and claim it as theirs? and if you're so up and arms about the U.S. influencing other countries; why aren't you outraged at what your guy Trump is doing in Venezuela right now?

Obama drone's striking probably went too far, I agree, are we done with the whataboutism yet? Obama isn't president, neither is Hillary. Obama responsible for "legal marijuana raids"? that's a new one to me... can you provide any evidence of that? everything i've heard/read seems to show Obama told the Feds to not to go after legal marijuana operations where states have legalized it.

Has an argument based on whataboutisms (a made up argument at best because you saw it on a TV show) then complains I made examples based on the past.

We invaded Afghanistan and Iraq in brutal wars that cause thousand's and thousands of civilian deaths and have stayed occupied in the area for 20 years based on false information. How is that better than Russia taking back what they believe is theirs?

And fuckin probably went to far?

it's the truth

the presidency is a placeholder so the working government can function as it needs to without fingers being pointed at it

Settle down TheBrownHole

I'm down for some george bush bashing but...

The difference is russia wants to take territory, why do you think Russia is trying to break up NATO? NATO is the only thing keeping Russia at bay from greatly expanding their power. we on the other hand are done and have been done taking territory for like 70 years more or less... you have no problem with a Kleptocratic regime that has a crap ton of nukes expanding their power?!?! Do you trust russia? Lol. Russia is is one of the biggest threats to our national security... (along with China, and to a lesser extent North Korea and Iran)

Russia wants to take territory that they view as theirs. How many people died taking the territory back? How many of them were civilians? Again, how is that worse than killing thousands of civilians INCLUDING drone striking hospitals and schools? If you look at what we have done in the middle east and don't have a HUGE problem with it you're on a level below TheBrownHole.

And I trust Russia not to launch nukes. No matter what agreements are in place. China is a far bigger threat to every part of our lives. They have the technology and man power that Russian leaders go to bed at night wishing they had.

Uh... a lot of innocents died... methinks you didn't follow the crimea invasion when it happened...

2,000–2,500 killed[*][47][48]
2,423 killed,[49]
6,820 wounded,[50]
378 missing,[51]
2,768 captured[52][53][54]
15,000 defected to Russia[55][56]
Over 8,000 killed overall[57]
(including 304 foreign civilians)[58][59][60][61]

Russia killed thousands too... including citizens... but yeah please tell me more that Obama is a murderer like Putin. When's the last time Obama had a journalist murdered? I'll wait.

I agree china is a bigger threat than russia, but Russia accomplishes a lot with little means, Putin is KGB, they are very smart/manipulative people. Look how effective they were meddling in our elections with little to no repercussions?
