If I'm the Bills I would snap it and fall down forward without scoring...
Let the clock bleed as much as possible. Try to score a TD on 2nd down.
Jaguars defense wasn't trying to make that stop. LOL. They let them score.

Yep. I don't get that. Just fall down after the snap. But 27-24 with 1:04 left. At least the Jaguars used all of their timeouts.
