Would you rather the Eagles picked Kelvin Benjamin with the 1st pick and Marcus Smith with the second?

I think that Smith would've fallen to where we got Matthews in the 2nd, and I would've been more pleased with Benjamin over Matthews, but not by too too much honestly. I read someone ask this scenario and wanted to see what you guys thought.

Like Mel Kiper Jr. said, he would of loved the Matthews pick at #22 let alone at #42 so they got the win/win either way.

We'll see if the Marcus Smith pick pans out, but you gotta have faith in Chip. They reportedly liked the kid from the start, had him on their radar for a while. And it probably goes to show what kind of future Trent Cole has with the team beyond this coming season.

Cole was rumored to possibly be cut, but he's restructuring his contract to stay with the Eagles in 2014.

I hope Cole stays a few more years. Even though he is getting older, you still gotta love that guy.

And I do like the Marcus Smith pick, a lot, just not in the first round.. I would've been fine with it in the second. I'm not complaining about this draft other than I think I would've rather had Benjamin over Matthews a little.

Josh huff is officially the first eagle draftee to get signed. Him and the eagles agreed to a 4 year deal.

So excited for this season!

Birds offense will be flat out dirty.
