not same thing plax fired the weapon... Bowers only had it in his possession. Still fucking stupid I dunno who else got charged with this as well bringing a gun into an airport?!?!? I think it was a basketball playre if im not mistaken.

Updating a previous item, Bucs DE Da'Quan Bowers will be charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession after showing up to New York's LaGuardia Airport with a loaded gun in his carry-on bag.
The charge is identical to the one Plaxico Burress faced in 2008, and carries a minimum sentence of 3.5 years in prison, with a maximum of 15 years.

crazy... I never knew Plax only got charged with it bieng in public I thought he also got hit for firing the weapon as well. Anyways, who just got hit with the same shit in an airport?? was it a fucking b ball player rapper what?? man imma have to google it.

EDIT: just found out it was Andre Smith lineman from Bengals who also got in trouble for this shit in atlanta lol... so stupid
