Yep.

Use Epson salt. Hot water in a tub. Lay it in ther for a few hours, shake it around whenever you want, and it’ll get clean.

Works on any pipes or bongs etc as long as it’s glass.

That works even without the salt, like soak the whole thing overnight and it will break it all down. I use a tupperware dish for all my glass and soak them overnight in rubbing alcohol.

Not totally yet, but we have quite a bit of stuff to start with and I'm still going to buy more stuff before we open.

Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Its 2700 square feet. But I would rather it be too big than too small.

That's what my office is going to be for. I'm cutting a whole in the wall behing the front desk and making it a 2 way mirror so I can chill back there and still see what's going on out front.

Just gotta factor in overhead to run a shop that big. Sometimes tooo big is a downfall

We got it cheap, they wanted 1500/month, we got them down to $1100 a month then $3000 for Dec and Jan of 2020 using xmas sales to cover is the plan. I got in for $1500 deposit and $1100 April rent with free FEB and March to clean up and setup. First rent due May 1st, so sitting good there. Probably going to skip Vegas this year and use that money for loans and to run the shop. I can make $1100 online easily in a couple weeks with all the stuff we have now just from the back of the other store and storage units of inventory. Together we have about 45k worth of stuff to sell right now, plus we will be buying stuff and doing collateral loans at 30% interest every 2 weeks that people will default on and help create inventory once we get rolling. Other than inventory we have a light bill, water bill and cable and internet bill so it won't be too bad. My cousin is my partner and hes leaving a store he has had for 8 years he was paying 4k a month in rent plus everything without the internet sales or the pawn shop side of it that we are adding. I'm pretty confident we will do good if we can get people in the door

I dont think he's talking just rent. Other utilities can be crippling.
