It's in a mall right off the highway, theres a DMV/SOS (license bureau) in there and a post office and a few chain restaurants and grocery store,a gym and other stores in there. They were asking 1500/month rent +1500 deposit for the space we are renting which is 2500 square feet. We negotiated them down to 1500 deposit, 1100 /month and No rent until May 1st. In December and January, we will pay 3000, but Christmas sales will offset that easily.

That's legit. Saving the 400 a month offsets the 3k price tag for those two months! I wish you the best man!
