Got all the legal paper work done today with the state,city, my insurance company and the mall. Got the keys and clean up starts tomorrow. Big step for the old man, but I'm pretty excited to see how it goes for me. Going to try to open shortly after the super bowl. I'll take some pictures tomorrow to show before and after photos.
