I like anime that isn't full of the cringey tropes that make most anime difficult to watch. Studio Ghibli is generally good with avoiding this issue.

I think, if someone likes Disney, they would like Studio Ghibli, which I would argue is even better because the plot isn't overly simplistic good vs. evil binaries, and characters are more complex.
