What a tough tough loss.

It had all the signs for that classic Seahawks comeback win too.

But I suppose we are already in the playoffs so it's not a BIG deal but here is where it gets interesting as far as the playoff race goes.

If and when we beat the 49ers next week and if Falcons LOSE to the Saints, we will secure the 2nd seed spot. If Falcons win, they are the 2nd seed and nothing we do can change that.

As far as the team goes, it is pretty scary. Lockett was finally emerging well as a wr and a stud that he is but he's out so that hurts us a lot. Our oline is just not reliable and what used to be a sure thing with Hauschka, that's not the case anymore. (That missed fg + extra point could have made the difference). And the defense without the heart aka ET is showing cracks in their armor. So it's getting pretty scary as playoff looms and it is entirely possible that we will just get 1 and done team. But not all hope is lost though. I'm excited to see how the team will adjust to everything and you just gotta root for them until they are out for the year. I guess it's better to have the opportunity to lose in the playoffs and not even making it.

Leggo Seahawks.

Sea-town beats the Lions in the wild-card game, then loses in ATL in the divisional round.

Packers, Gmen, Cowgirls, one of these teams will face ATL in the NFC Championship game.

I love how you can switch back & forth WJ'ing between teams, you must get flustered IRL when people ask what NFL team do you cheer for.
