You don't know why people want him gone? The guy isn't an NFL head coach. He's absolutely clueless on game day and has no idea how what he's doing. Green Bay Hail Mary is the perfect example. He was expecting a bunch of laterals instead of a Hail Mary, that moronic decision cost us the game. Seattle is another example. Caldwell is a fuckin joke and we are not going to win with him. This is horrible news. He got destroyed he first half of the season when we played real teams and went 6-2 against a cupcake schedule.

Another 8-8 year coming up
